What we collect

When you use the Connect terminal on our Studio page, we collect:

• Your name
• Your organization
• Your email address
• What you are working on (the intent of your inquiry)
• If using the voice option: audio input during the conversation (processed in real time, not retained)

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Process the conversation: Messages are processed through a third-party AI service to power the assistant. Conversation data is not used for model training.
• Deliver your contact information: Once collected, your details are delivered to the DTJ team via a third-party email delivery service.
• Follow up: A member of our team will reach out to continue the conversation.

Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate core functionality:

• Anthropic (Claude) — text conversation processing
• Google (Gemini) — voice conversation processing (only if mic is used)
• Resend — email delivery of contact information

Each service receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

Voice option

If you choose to use the voice option, your browser will request microphone access. Audio is streamed in real time to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not record, store, or retain audio. Microphone access is entirely optional — declining defaults to the text terminal with no loss of functionality.

Data retention

Conversation data is held only in your browser session. Submitted contact information is delivered as email and is not stored on our servers.
